Ready, Set, RISE is a new program from CMHA and The RISE Center that provides the support you need to advance your career! Participate in Ready, Set, RISE to receive one-on-one support from a Career Navigator and Life Navigator as you set, pursue, and achieve your career goals.

Looking for employment or promotion opportunities? Career Navigators will use the relationships they have with employers in in-demand industries to connect you with high-paying jobs.

Have challenges with transportation, childcare, etc. that impact your job? We know that work is only a small part of your life. Life Navigators can connect you to resources to support your success in all areas of your life. Want to build your support network? You’ll have the opportunity to meet other CMHA residents with similar goals and mentors that have experience relevant to your own personal career goals.
