Through our nonprofit arm The RISE Center, CMHA provides top-tier services that support our residents' personal and professional growth, regardless of where their journey may take them.

The RISE Center is a centralized hub of collaborative services designed to connect Franklin County residents to valuable resources - empowering them to identify, pursue, and achieve their goals. Residents can visit The RISE Center at 240 North Champion Avenue to be connected to resources like financial counseling, credit repair, job search assistance, digital skills classes, homeownership preparation, and more!

Family Self-Sufficiency Program

Residents enrolled in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program work with an FSS Coordinator to secure and maintain stable employment while establishing savings accounts.

HCV Homeownership Program

The HCV Homeownership Programs puts mortgage-ready residents on the path to homeownership by allowing them to apply their voucher to a mortgage.

Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

The Violence Against Women Act provides protection for residents experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking, regardless of their gender.
