CMHA is excited to introduce you to RentCafe, our new online HCV Portal. RentCafe gives you 24/7 access from a computer or smartphone without needing to visit an office or complete paperwork.
What you can do:
- See your case details, including your voucher info and annual recertification dates.
- Complete your annual recertification online and sign it on your device.
- Tell us about changes to your income, who lives with you, your assets and expenses.
- Upload files and view them anytime, including ones you sent before.
- Check payments and see when your landlord got paid.
- See past, current and upcoming inspection results.
- Contact CMHA by messaging directly from the portal.

To create your account, you’ll need:
- Your email address
- Your registration code from your recertification letter
- For first-time registrations, if needed please contact the CMHA Call Center during business hours at 614-421-6000 to obtain your registration code.
