Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Public Administration, or related field (MBA or other graduate degree, preferred); minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training, with three (3) or more of those years consisting of progressively responsible high level managerial or executive level experience; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

CMHA is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Housing Choice Voucher program (Applications, Intakes, and Recertification). The Assistant Vice President – AIR (Applications, Intake, and Recertification) is responsible for ensuring that CMHA provides world class service so that all of its program applicants and participants can effectively and efficiently participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program and all other housing assistance programs CMHA administers. Such service shall be provided primarily on a digital platform, with accommodations available as needed for traditional communications. The AVP is also responsible for ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of the HCV program and all other housing programs CMHA administers so that CMHA achieves High-Performer SEMAP status and is among the HCV industry leaders.
